What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Other than Project AI, which doesn't really work for me, are there any high quality packs?

An option beside Project AI would be World of AI. Their web site is
http://www.world-of-ai.com/packages.php. I did not see an Air Canada Package, but there were a number of other Canadian airlines. I'm sorry I could not be of more help.
