There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

First of all make sure you installed all the gauges correctly. That's the complete contents of the included Gauges folder "as is".

To work properly in WinXP the file GaugeSound.dll should be installed to the FS9 root directory folder - NOT FS9\Modules.

I got another problem: I'm not coming above FL250 without loosing speed. I know the cruise level is FL550 with over 2 mach.

Can't you use the default GPS? Tell me which panel you're using so I can check it out.

In real life the Concorde nenver had the GPS in it beacuse they nenver updated the controls and the reason why you are losing speed is beacuse the air is thinner the higher you go.

This will add the default GPS to the Concorde panel by Pedro Oliveira. (concpan.zip)

Find Panel.cfg & open it in Notepad. Add the line in red below the last line under the [Window Titles] header

[Window Titles]
Window00=Main Panel
Window01=Pedestal
window02=Engineer Panel
window03=Overhead
window04=GPS

Now scroll down near the bottom of the text & add this complete entry directly above the [Vcockpit01] header. (Copy/Paste it from my reply.)

[Window04]
size_mm=456,378
window_size=0.5
position=8
BACKGROUND_COLOR=0,0,0
VISIBLE=0
ident=GPS_PANEL

gauge00=fs9gps!gps_500,            0,0

Exit Notepad saving changes. You can toggle the GPS with Shift + 5.
