Cessna 421C....

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Cessna 421C....

Postby Fozzer » Thu Dec 21, 2006 4:53 pm

Hello Lads... :)...!

Tight old Fozz is on the look-out for a free-bee, 6-cylinder, piston-engined twin, Cessna 421C...

I've searched the Heavens, but all I can find are references to the Flight 1 Payware Cessna 421C (involving just re-paints of the original Payware aircraft.... :'(...)...!

It would be nice to have a speedier version of my default Beech Baron 58 Piston Twin, for longer-haul flights, (including my turbo-charged Holloware Baron 58).... :-*....!

Many thanks.... ;)...!

Paul...Turbo-Props not welcome... >:(...!

LOL... ;D...!

P.S. ...for FS 2002/FS 2004

Hey check out the Piper Twin Comanche from AVSim.  Its smaller than a 421, has a little better range than the Baron, but definately faster than any other light twin out there.  8-)

A straight forward way of informing one, that one's presence is no longer required on the Simviation Forum... ;)...!

Thank you, Brett.... :)...!

Many thanks for your kind help...!

The confusion I was experiencing in trying to locate your Piper model from either Simviation, or Flightsim, or Avsim, etc, was because I am not all that familiar with the various Piper models, (as opposed to Cessna), and some of the sites list them under generic names, whilst other list them only as type numbers, therefore they are sometimes difficult to locate quickly/easily.

That's is what happened in this case, much to the obvious annoyance of certain members, and the top Management....as usual*...;)....!

So many thanks again Brett for your help.
It's always nice to know I do have the occasional pleasant and helpful Friend in Simviation...;)...!

The Mojave is a fantastic model...I am very pleased with it...;)...!

Paul...Flying Piper Airways.... 8-)...!

I'm glad you like the Mojave. I did make an update for it that included a modified fuel-flow gauge... but lost it when my HDD melted down  :'(

I sent a beta version of the update to a simV member, but darned if I can remember who .

If "he" reads this, PM me about sending a copy back to me, please  :)
