I have not been able to find any version FS Coast Guard HH-52A Seaguard helicopter.   Anyone know of any?

Don't know what a HH-52 is,

you get a HH-60 at Hovercontrol:

the HH-52 is closest to a Seaking if anything. It is the same airframe but only sporting one engine... but a large engine it is indeed  ;D the Seaking has two smaller engines

It would be cool to have in FS... thats for sure.  But it seems there is even a freeware Seaking shortage on top.
