Any idea where i can get a freeware Erj 135 or 170 with Virtual Cockpit? ???

I dont know about a VC, but Dreamwings have released both those aircraft ;)

I'm not sure if Nick Botamers one has a VC but you can try her http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets53.htm ;)

To be honest i wouldn't mind an Avro RJ(BAe-146), any regional aircraft except Crj's, i own too many of them
