I have looked unsuccessfully for a Cessna 210 Silver Eagle conversion and was hopeing someone out there knew where to find a freeware one or was willing to make one. Thank you for your time.

I'm not sure if there are any physical differences, but if there are, it won't be possible to change that without the person who created the original modifying it.

But if you don't care about the physical differences, its just a matter of a little aircraft.cfg editing and getting or making a panel with the right Garmin system in it.  That all may sound easy right here, but the panel might be a large project.  You would first have to learn a bit about panel design, then find the right gauges and insert them on a decent panel background.

I am looking more towards trying to get the turbine engine installed, I am not so worried about the insides. I have had five of these turbine engine 210's that are modified by this company come through KBIL on their way to the Oshkosk air show. I have found a way to "rig" the AirConfig file to put the engine from a Pilatus PC-12 in it and added the proper sounds but this is not the right engine and it still looks like a piston version. I have had to settle for putting a Lycoming TIGO-541 450hp piston engine which gives me good low altitude climb out (1400 ft per min) but after 8000ft or so it really drops mainfold pressure and I lose almost all verticle climb at about 11500 ft. The Silver Eagle is fully pressurised and is capable of 23000 ft but cruises around 16000 ft at 215 knots. Here are the specs.

Specifications
Engine                     Rolls-Royce (Allison) 250-B17F/2(450 shp)
Propeller             Hartzell three-blade full reversible
                          with de-ice (2030 rpm)
Cruise speed @ 16,000 ft            215 knots
Maximum altitude                         23,000 ft
Rate of climb @ gross weight       2,200 feet/minute
Fuel consumption                        20 gal/hr @ 23,000 feet
Range (as equipped)                  1030 nautical miles
Fuel capacity (as equipped)       115.8 gal
Take-off distance                        600 feet
Landing distance                         500 feet
Basic empty weight                    2,470 lbs
Maximum gross weight              4,016 lbs
Passengers                                Six-place
