I would like a link for a quality B-17 and B-24 for fs2004. One with a nice VC and good model.

Hi Peanut. There's a B-17G that was released just a few days ago.

Look towards the bottom.

As for the B-24, there is one here for FS2002, but I'm not sure it works in FS9.
