MD 530F repaint

hello, does anyone know where i can get an MD-530F in a repaint of the San Diego Sheriff's Department?  I have looked all over, and checked hovercontrole.com. all tho they do have a MD500 repaint, it isn't really that good, and the tail-rotor doesn't have a rotating effect.

I know it is not a very good picture, but it is hard to find any shots in this livery.

it can ether be payware of free, i just would really like this livery in my collection.
If anyone can help me i would be very thank full. i hope no one thinks that i am being rude, or demanding. as i have a lot of respect for anyone that can do repaints and or models. i have tried doing my self and no. i just can not get it to work.
