stealth

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Which AREN'T REAL.

How do you expect a modeler to make a portrayal of something that's nonexistent?

I do it all the time.  I create what I THINK the aircraft would react like, and then modify until I get what I really like.  Usually works, too.  Been working on a couple of aircraft I just thought up.  No 3-views, no drawings or pictures, just a little thought and inspiration.  Unfortunately, nothing of mine has hit the web, yet . . .

You know not what you are asking, so I'll tell you . . .

A designer can't just "take bits" from other aircraft.  It doesn't work like that.  You have to design EVERYTHING you include in the model, unless there happens to be a source file with a certain part you need, and even then, you have to mold it carefully onto your model.  This is an art, with all the little intricate forms that entails.

As for making it, there aren't many designers out there right now working on fictional material.  The ones that are have their hands full.  I'm sure the fighters from Stealth are on someone's list, but they sure aren't at the top.  I have a list nearly 30 long, and I'm still working on #1.  So don't expect those aircraft for some time to come.

Well if you can learn gmax you could make it yourself. And yall may call me stupid for this, but to find how the plane would react couldn't you use x-plane to test it. From what I understand X-plane calculates the fluight varables based on the model while in game, couldnt you just do this?

You have enough room for FS, but not lil' ol' Gmax? ???  The main files only take up about 70 Mb.  That isn't very much, when you consider how big ACOF actually is.  Mine's up to over 5 Gb!

Member amarch was rightly banned by our mods after complaints.  As part of our standards - refuse is always binned... :D

He was warned many times.

LMAO!!!, this thread is the funniest ever.., to put it in perspective. First of all it doesn't always require a special stealth air file or so on. Basically if you know what the Aircraft config is, you can basically set the parameters of the Speed or elevator sensitivity to increase the performance you want. Although this can be done manually, you will need to know how a aircraft flies, what the controls are abriviated as terms in FS and Weight and payload, Center of Gravity or (CG) for short. These parameters can be modified to relate to the performance you see by the talon, which will be quite difficult since you dont know cruising alttitude or max cruise speed and so on.  ;) ;D
