use mike stones A10, or any other A10 thst suitable for ai (eg NOT then ultra high poly aerosoft one!!) and learn traffic tools / "simple ai" programs ;) its not hard, even I can manage it :P

If you want to be realistic you're gonna have to learn AFCAD too. I dont believe that any of the US military bases (except those co-located on a civil airport) have parking.
