If you look at the last page of SimV's FS2k4 military page (Page 69 today), there is an F-15I model that seems to be based upon Coral's model.
I don't know if this is some sort of pre-release for Coral's v.2 freeware F-15 series, but I would really hope so. Comes with a VC and a nice looking 2D panel.
No F-15 ACTIVE I know of, though it would be tough to fly no matter; it's quite difficult to sim the thrust vectoring (no mixed propulsion in FS).
