What type,

btw just look for the planes with the higher file size (eg.24mb) as they will have vc's in them..

Most sites you can check what all is in the zip file, and if they have a panel folder you can open that up to see if it has a VC.
Larger files dont necessarily indicate a VC, because I downloaded one today, which was around 20MB, and it had about a dozen textures but no VC ......... :o

The robin dr221, you can see it in my post Wonderful Vc in the freeware shots section

Or, Bill Lyon's updated freeware planes all have a nice vc, my favorite being the globe swift

All FS9 aircraft seem a bit wide.  I recently sat in and actually flew a Trinidad somethin-or-nother, and the panel was WAY smaller than I expected.

Also, a really good virtual cockpit is Bill lyon's new 2 seater f-16.  It isn't great for flying through, but more looking at.  Also, the Lancair Legacy has one that's pretty nice.

I think the DR221 have one of the better VCs...

If someone gives me something for free, I don't generally bitch about it... ::)

...but thats just me, I'm greatful...
