Syrianair Aircrafts

What aircraft have you been unable to find after a long search? There may be an answer!

Syrianair Aircrafts

Postby KD_VB_FS » Tue Feb 01, 2005 9:40 pm

Hey guys!

I've been looking for Syrianair aircrafts or texture replacements for FS9 but had no luck so far! There's only 1 plane available at avsim (B-727). Also, i've been looking for some scenery for the mid-east area especially the Syrian region and the Damascus intl. airport (OSDI)..

If you know somewhere to find them or even somewhere to look in, please drop a note..

Thanks in advance....

Apart from the fact that it isn't the most interesting livery around...

- Airbus A320, probably somewhere on the net or not painted yet
- Yak-40... get the big 60-paint yak package, and some Syrianair textures
- B747SP, no repaints for the FS9 version
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV[/ur

The Syrianair A320 is exactly the plane i'm looking for as it is the only model carrying the new paint scheme.. But i can't find it anywhere on the net, already tried many google searches with 'many' keywords with no luck!
The B747SP is also one of my requests..

Anyway, it's not really my favorite livery, but i need it coz 70% of my flights are in the middle-east region, and Damascus Intl. is my home airport.

YK-AHA (November 15th... is the arab text in the wrong direction here?) and YK-AHB (Spirit of Arab Solidarity) are both in the new scheme (or did they change again)

If you use FS2000 (or any other FS version that can read FS98 models) the one from Http://www.pcteck.ch/bia747/
is one of the best available

Aircraft
727 OC: b72syrhw.zip
Il-76: sv_il76_syrianair.zip

Scenery
damasv2.zip
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV[/ur

I guess you're right, the YK-AHA & YK-AHB both carry the new scheme..! And wow they look way better than the A320!

I already have a 747 for the FS2000 & 2002 but it doesn't work with FS9 and it's not the new livery.. And I've downloaded the 727 from avsim. But again it's the old paint scheme!

The Il-76 is an AI plane with not much details and animations plus it's not used anymore! As for the Damascus intl. airport it's also for FS2000.

But hey thanks Ivan i really appreciate it..
Happy flyin'  ;)
