Well the flights should be easy enough to make. Just design a flight in FS.
As for the models. The XB-70 is still the fastest available model for FS.

wow they even have harrieres an a b-57 on the site, this site rules, dam too bad Im out of HD space

where is the nuke effect?

Weapon Effects

I downloaded that Tu-160 and it is a fairly good playe.  I had it to mach 3 without too much trouble.  It is not worth downloading this file if you do not have that much extra space.  Unzipped the plane is 32 megs.
