Hi all... ;D...!

de Havilland DH 88 Comet, "Grosvenor House"

I've searched just about everywhere for this 1934 air race beauty for FS 2002 Pro with no luck.... :'(...!

It is included in my FS 2004 version, but I would particularly like the model for FS 2002... ;)...!

Here is a pic of her... 8)...!

Many thanks...!

Cheers all...!

Could you transfer the plane from FS04 to FS02?

Hi Bird...!
..not as easy as it sounds.
The default aircraft for FS 2004 are designed for FS 2004 only.
The construction, effects and gauges are specific to FS 2004.
Even some 3rd party aircraft designed for FS 2004 will only work with FS 2004, and not FS 2000/2002... :'(...!

The programs for designing the aircraft, effects and gauges are different between FS 2002 and FS 2004.

It is generally preferable to search for FS 2000/2002 models for use with FS 2002 to prevent compatibility problems.

Cheers Mate... ;D...!

It can be done. I had the FS9 DC-3 in FS2002. Requires hacking the model...

OH come on... the Jan Visser DC-3 is a LOT better than the MS one, there are three variants of that one too (Vistaliner, PAX and cargo)
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

Paul,
I've taken some 'dedicated' FS2004 plane model files and used FS2002 FDs, panels, gauges, sounds etc, with them, and they seem to work fine in 2002. Could this work for the DH 88?

The only issue I've really seen so far is with Mike Stone's A380 for FS2004 where the slats don't work in 2002 (although the flaps and the other animated parts do).

It might be different with a dedicated M$ model though.

Cheers,
Martyn
