i have been looking for a good regional prop but i havent found any.Can anybody help me? thank you.

The VC is absolutely killing FPS on anything but a 4GHz with the latest videocard.
Loads of russian gauges, and a weird autopilot...

I downloaded a great Saab 340 from Flightsim.com.  Its a regional airlines plane but the closest thing to private paint that I could find if thats what your looking for.

there are several very nice emb-120s here at simV.

United Express and Delta
Continental Express

They fly very nicely.
