There is a MiG-29 in the library here that was made for FS2002, but works very well in FS2004. Actually, there are a few different versions of the same airplane. They all work.

and... they don't even look like one

Peter Priskin was making one... but no one knows his release scheme. He has a Fishbed in the pipeline too, that one looks almost finished

no website... and the shots i've seen don't have gears, animations or textures.
