I believe the 2004 military section has a Harrier, Alpha Sim also has a nice Harrier for FS9.

For carriers, there is a new gauge that will work for catapult release I believe. Not sure if it's here because I have Flight Deck 3. The only reason to own it is the carrier program

Also a Austrailian carrier that works in FS9
