Ivan (as in crazy Ivan? LOL... sorry) - I've got the Dash-8 Jazz version, but where can I get the panel and other items you spoke of.  Could you post a link?  I've searched here in the downloads section and drew a blank.

Fanda panel: search for 'fanda' (or frolov) on avsim
The Premieraircraft model doesn't differ that much, but as it is a remap of the default DHC-8, there are more textures for it

Flightsim.com has a howto here about how to merge those 2 aircraft
