hi all,

ok heres a request that ive been wanting to post for sometime. is there anyone out there that could make a Ka-50 model. Im a huge fan of kamov aircraft and its one aircraft the virtual world hasnt really seen, FS seems to be a small world when it comes to good russian machines although the Ka-50 is a joint project between russian and israel.

please please someone answer this call.

regards,
Steve.

Ka-50... somewhere on simviation
Ka-52 the DaSilva guys made one

both are FSDS1 models AFAIK, the Ka-52 has moving gears but no rotor discs. no idea about how the Ka-50 works in ACOF.

as no one has produced a hack to make FS support the dual rotor system you're stuck with crappy helo dynamics

about the Ka-50... the standard one is made by russia alone. the one that's made in cooperation with israel is the custom made Ka-50-2 twin seater for the turkish army

hey ye there is a ka-50 model here but no affence to the maker its very very basic.

You are correct in saying that the ka-50 is a sole russian project, the Ka-50-2 is the dual seater which is a joint project with israel but with the failing of the 50-2 version after turkey rejected the offer they are now both working on the Ka-52 aligator model as an upgrade and development to both earlier versions.

Im seeking support to spread the word to see if we can have a new Ka-52 model made surely someone can have a go. As for the rotor problem im sure no one would complain if someone made the rotor spin the same way but out of sink with each other, i no i wouldnt mind.
