There already is an excellent freeware AH-64 available here (I think its an A model though...), and the only AH-1Z I know of is payware :(

Besides the payware AH-1 mentioned by Ozzy, I could find no suitable alternatives. Maybe someone will make one soon.

Please don't use or promote FSPlanet. They are heavily involved in software piracy!

I apologise for posting the FSPlanet link. I was unaware that they were involved in piracy :-[. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I will no longer use that site now that I have this knowledge. I have edited my previous post to remove the offensive link. Thanks again.

Check out Hovercontrol.com.  There is an AH-1Z being made.  Look in the screenshots section, under development pictures.
