After a quick search I found that most of the KC-135's I could find are payware.

there is a new Bangor Int set on AVSIM which has the KC-135E for the Maineiacs.

The plane works in 2004 and comes with flights plans as well.
If there is an airshow with in 2 states of me I'm there
