Postby GeForce » Mon Sep 08, 2003 10:38 am

I'm sure I have already posted this, but I can't find it. So if you know of any Sea Furies for CFS 1, 2 or 3 then please let me know.

My sincere apologies if I have overlooked my original post.

Scott - remember there were TWO Hawker "Fury" fighters made. ...

the 1930s biplane (which saw WW2 combat in East Africa),

the 1940s/50s prop fighter that was navalised as the "Sea Fury".

I believe that some Iraqi Furies were uncovered in the unpleasantness earlier this year.

Where did they use them for.... training aircraft?
They had a MiG-25UB (looked flyable) parked in a park somewhere too, the aussies discovered it

They were post WW2 aircraft that are usually associated with the MiG-15s. They saw action during the Korean War.

Fang V^V is working on a new FSDS2 Sea Fury for a future Fox Four CFS2 Commonwealth campaign.

This might be a while as his order book is overflowing. LOL
The unflyable AI Only version is featured in our new Bunker Hill campaign.
