Real World Paint jobs on Aircraft ??

Howdy all

yes i know its the Aussie Aviator from hell with yet another question!!

When i am in Australia, flying say from melbourne to sydney, i would like to know if i can actually fly a qantas jet rather than an artifical airline for example Orbit, or World travel

Can i get qantas paint jobs for the aircraft and if so can i change them back to other airlines colors ??

If this is so, does the ATC call the Aircrafy say.. Qantas 1123 heavy. or Qantas 1123 ??

Where do i get the pint josbs from and do they work??
