PM2's Concorde (don't know where to get it ???)
DSB's EFA (available here)
and theres an X-15 (available here)

I havn't tried the concorde but I've heard its a beast of a plane, the X-15 is a bat out of hell but kinda has a mind of its own 8), and the Typhoon is capable of Mach 1.5-2,worth a look if you like fighters.

My favorite plane out there is the relatively fast T-38 from FSD which can be downloaded at http://www.flightsim.com.  Although it's not extremely fast it is capible of supersonic speeds, has a great model, and is a joy to fly.  Also, there is a ton of repaints for it.
