Are you sure you inserted it correctly into FS02?  You should open up the aircraft folder first [My Computer>Local Disk C>Program FIles>Microsoft Games>FS2002>Aircraft] then leave that window open and open up the B-1 zip and drag the main folder into the aircraft window. Make sure it is the correct folder by going inside it and making sure it has Model Panel, Sound, etc.

don't forget to set your after burner key or that big bird won't get off the ground.

If you go to the flightsim.com forum there is a I3D forum.

their website is http://www.mnm-fs.com/

Most questions on "how do I get it to lift off" are there in the forum. There are also sound packs and skin packs, plus a force feedback patch.
If there is an airshow with in 2 states of me I'm there

It will get off the ground, but it will takeoff behind the airstrip.

This is because you are not using the afterburner for takeoff. Make sure that you have a key assigned to enable the afterburner. Once enabled, she will accellerate slowly at first then she will start pulling away as her thrust increase's. Apply some trim, approx 5' and the nose gear will start to raise at approx 165kts.
Remember to use full flaps on take off too.
