Hey everyone, ihave the GMax Airwolf, and its really awsome, only it doesnt go very fast, i also have the blue thunder model, and that one flies at a very nimble 250 knts...airwolf tops out at only 150, is there any way to make the airwolf go any faster? or any fixes that anyone knows of to increase the speed?

There are a couple of possible solutions to this one, either download one of the earlier models, they could go supersonic but couldn't hover.
Alternatively send me a message with what you want and I'll see what I can do for.

Wait till the new model is released, that will have a mid flight changeable air file, very fun to fly.
you can cruise like a chopper at 200kts and with the press of a button your doing 500+  ;D

well probably when i get bored of flyin with fs2004  :).

Id say a while after 2004 is out, ill see if theres any new stuff like new animations and ill hopefully MS will include documents on how to do an interactive VC.

Its just about done now, im doing some films with the model in 3d studio.

Hey, yeah damn, i cant wait for that...although, i doubt my once top-of-the-line, but now bottom-of the-barrel computer will even be able to run FS 2004, i have a Nvidia GeForce, with 933MHz, and i think 128 Mb RAM, am i screwed?

Basically, for the GMax model now, all i was curious about, was if there is anyway to up the speed of the helicopter, not all that much, but somewhere in the high 200's, without causing too much fuss, ive tried downloading the old version that flew real fast, but when i replaced the .air and .cfg files, the airwolf didnt show up in the game

What you can do is download the Blue Thunder patch here (I wrote this so I know it works).
Copy all the technical information into the aircraft.cfg file (but don't overwrite the initial data), and she should be good for 250knts stable ;)
