flattening

flattening

I'm making a scenery, but their is a hill in the way.  How to I flatten it?

You can create a flatten poly with SBuilder, get it at fsdeveloper.com.

A single-use tool is FSTelevation.exe by Steve Greenwood. Get it here- http://home.earthlink.net/~smgreenwood/ ... es-g.shtml

You can add a flatten switch to the scenery.cfg, however unlike the other options you are limited to a 4-sided poly.

SBuilder is my preferred method,and the only one that can create a sloped poly, FSTelevation.exe is probably faster to learn.
