Photoreal scenery

Postby ShaneG_old » Thu Sep 24, 2009 3:36 pm

What is involved in making photo scenery?

Say I wanted to make some for the county I live in, what do I need to do to get started?

Thanks for any help.  :)

Use FSEarth Tiles. I forget where I got it from, but it works pretty well. If nothing else, you can use it to get source photos.

I've been searching for something to make photoreal for a while. Never found anything until you posted that. I think this is what you are talking about:

I might have to give it a try.

I am intrigued about doing this too.
