well i know none so far... but it is in fs9/2004 or if your broke ;D you can use the visual route supplied by the ATC :-/

You can get taxi way signs for individual airports for FS2002. I know for a fact that most major airports for FS2002 had 3rd party taxi way signs ;)

Yeah, FS02 didn't come with taxiway signs but FS2004 does.  There was a site calles taxiwaysigns.com that had a great collection of them but it's dead now (read this).

Your best bet is to search Google and the flight simulator sites' libraries.
