I'd like to add some really basic, generic looking strips to the scenery of north Australia. All that's required is to be able to determine the position, length, altitude and runway direction. I used to have a utility to do this plus add aprons, buildings etc but I'm blowed if I can remember what it was called. If someone's able to help with this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
Most people use AFCAD to make the airport and Gmax to add the buildings. Also you should try to look into the stuff Fozzer has showed you because they will help you even more.I'd like to add some really basic, generic looking strips to the scenery of north Australia. Just wanting to add some simple, generic looking strips to the scenery of north Australia. All that's needed is to be able to determine position, altitude, length and runway direction. I used to have a really good utility for this when I first bought F.S but I'm blowed if I can remember the name. If someone can suggest a utility I'd really appreciate it...thanks.
Thanks for your help guys. I've downloaded runway3 but don't seem to be able to get a result. I'd have thought the info I put in would have just been transfered straight into the scenery files for the sim programe. *#!!/>*#&!!!? I'll keep trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong but any ideas would be a help. Friggin newbies! :-[
