Background image in GMAX

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if it is possible to put a background image in AFCAD.  I thought I remembered seeing the option once but I can't find it now :-?.  I've found the proper layout of an airport I'm upgrading but it's hard to scale the aprons and stuff correctly when you're switching between windows .  Anybody know if this is possible?

If not, would it be possible to make the windows transparent or something?
