The gauge is 'Radiocd4' by Robert Clark. It's a freeware gauge available at many sim sites.
You actually have 12 presets, 6 each on 2 'bands'.
It's best to have the Sim in 'windowed mode' (alt+enter) while programming the presets, otherwise the 'browse' window can get hidden behind the sim.
Select a band, right click on a preset and browse to music files you have saved on your hard drive. You can play .wav, .wma, .mp3, and .mid (midi). Select the file you want, click 'Open'.
It also plays tracks from audio CD's in your cd/dvd drive. The presets will play tracks 1 thru 6, the rest of the tracks are available with the 'previous track'
