Deleting shoreline

I am modifing Haines Airport (PAHN) to make it look more realistic, by moving the shoreline. I have sucessfully moved the water, but I cant seem to cover up the origional shore with water.
I am using Scenery Builder, but I wont mind downloading others.

The next time I'm in FS9's Haines I'm take a screenshot from a bloody-great height and post it for comparison. I (and many other serious simmers) use F1's Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska mesh.

P.S. The VFR route from Haines, AK up the valley to Haines Junction, Yukon is a great flight.

I am also trying to move the shoreline in other places, and get the same problem.
Can someone please tell me how I delete the shoreline
