Need Gauge PROGRAMER

Hi,
Currently a partner and I are working on a Ju-87 Stuka that will be released as freeware on this site, however neither of us know how to write xml files, or any other coding languages.

We just need two gauges coded (preferably in XML), and we will supply the BMP's

What two gauges do you need to have programmed in XML, and how many component parts (bitmaps) are there in each gauge?
