They have completely rebuilt Guernsey Airport (In the Isle og Guernsey, island between UK and France) within the last year and the new one is not in Flight Sim nor has it been made.
You would need to make a few hangers, a Terminal and basic Airport facilities.

Are you looking to do something that exists in the world, or would you like something a bit more challenging?

I have been working on an offshore rig that could support a small city on its upper deck for about a year now, but haven't found a satisfactory way of raising the landing platform.  I am working in Gmax, and if you would like some screenshots I can post them.

sounds like you're just the person we're looking for to finish our North Cape, Russia airport. I built it using Lee's AF2 prog but he doesn't include the exclude switch yet (supposed be in the next AF2 release)
