I need a list of gauges . . .

Postby Travis » Mon Dec 08, 2003 5:31 pm

I am ready to create a panel for my newest Gmax creation, but I have no idea what gauges I should use.

Its an amphibious corporate transporter jet capable of long-range travel, similar in size to the stock Dash 8.

What I want to know is what gauges it should have in it to make it realistic, as it is only based on a design proposed by Archedyne Systems a few years ago.

I would think that a mix of Lear or 777 "glass" and KingAir engine gauges and controls would be cool  ;D

Well, okay.  I'm sure I could come up with a cockpit set that works for ME, and looks interesting.  But what I am really looking for is something that will provide a good flight environment for those simmers who fly IFR and those types of flights.

I just want to find the names of gauges that are used in real aircraft of this sort.
