Looking for DXTBmp

I'm looking for a copy of DXTBmp. I lost my hard drive and am in the process of rebuilding everything and apparently I didn't have a copy of this program saved to CD. The link in the SimV downloads section seems to be broken for this utility.

Is there anyplace else where I can get this utility?
