I know I have brought up this before, and I just started thinking about it recently.
I'm getting tired about thinking about it and want some action.

Other words, anyone know of a good freeware program to create gauges.

Well, there not just no good one, there is no one! And even with the payware tool EasyGauge you won't get too far regarding EVS... lol. I actually doubt you could do something like EVS without some deep in depth knowledge of DirectX, but I may be wrong on this one, so don't quote on me. ;)
