Great stuff.
Get eod from Matt Bruchner here
http://www.echos.ch/eod/You can create virtually any object you want using it, including walls, buildings, towers, trees, vehicles - you name it. Don't forget that FS2002 comes with a bunch of textures in its ..FS2002\TEXTURES folder which you can use for all sorts. Plus, if you've downloaded much scenery etc from third parties, that's also available for you to use before you start thinking about making your own (that comes later).
You'll also need a scenery program to let you place objects in the 'real' world. The one we all seem to prefer here is FSSC (Flight Simulator Scenery Creator) by Derek Leung. Get that here
http://www.fssc.avsim.net/FSSC contains lots of goodies to help you design sceneries, including all you need to make runways and taxiways, 'kits' you can assemble easily to make buildings to your own design, objects like hangars, vehicles, windsocks etc etc etc. Too much to list.
Both progs are Freeware and you'll be amazed just how much you can achieve by spending nothing more than time.
Good luck - keep us posted. We will always lend you a hand. I guarantee you will enjoy it once you've made your first scenery - and you'll probably become hooked like the rest of us!
