Texture help???

I'm rather new at this, and I've read through all of the forums, How to I get all the texture to load in FS9? I've done everything in all the tutorials, and i've saved them through DXTBMP...but it wont work. Sorry if you've heard all this before but please help  :-?

i think you mean how to add a window,

well its a bit complex at first then gets easy to understand,


you see in every aircraft theres a configuration file (the thing that looks like the windows symbol in the folder)

you need to edit the config to add your aircraft to it,

1. select the config and open with notepad

2. the first few rows will look like this

edit your config,

change the [fltsim.0] to the last number of the flt sim lines

change the title to what you want it

now the texture, name your file

texture.repaint, in the config itll be texture=repaint

then change the variation of plane (ui varation)

it should show up in a window in FS
