Pixia and color mixing

Okay, I managed to open up a texture psd file with Pixia.

Here's the problem: I need the color orange (pms code 21) and reflex blue (pms ?) for my AC. I see the color mixer on the right but how to move it around to get the color I want is where I'm stumped.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I found "Any Color Mixer" www.anryhome.net that does what I want it to do in terms of getting the right color.
