do you know if there is a freeware version of a fs repaint thing like fs repaint, try the demo it's pretty good

AFAIK, no. I bought FSRepaint and it's worth the $29 bucks just for its aircraft texture-viewing capability. One can assign their own paint program and work seamlessly between the two. Buy it!

I will admit to being biased in favour of FS Repaint!, as I was a beta tester, and have used VASS-Gold (on which it is based - same concept, but works directly on FSDS source files).
