Photoshop error message!

Hello all,

I have palyes around with re-painting in Photoshop but now I am getting an error message everytime I try to open a (FS2k2) Bitmap texture file.

Photoshop says..."Could not open...bmp because the file format module cannot parse the file.

OK, what does that mean?

Basically, PSP, PS and the other paint programs will not open the compressed (DXT3) format of the bitmap.
