Contacting Mike Hambly

Does anyone have a current contact address for Mike Hambly?  I want to ask his permission to use some of his sounds but his AOL address seems to have expired.

If you can't contact him then just credit him in the readme file and say that you tried to ask him but couldn'd reach him.

I would rather have his permission TBH.  I'm sure he is extremely proud of his work (and rightly so) and it wouldn't be right to just pinch it*, just as I'd always prefer somebody to ask before using something of mine.

*I only ever do that to Micro$oft.  :-)
