I would like to see how well the paint looks without reflection, just by taking the alpha out of the texture folder.

Only difference is the chrome would be a dark grey. And of course no reflect. All the textures I use are combined in DXT Bitmap then saved to the texture folder. So there is no alpha in the folder at all. Your quite correct in assuming that without Alpha they would look bad. Why would you want to see that anyways?

Just curious, because there are hardly any real Dash-8's with chrome. I guess when I have time I will have to do a Horizon Air skin for it.

Nicce. I always wanted to fly the Dashes I saw buzzing around in the sim and then finaly I did after I had finished The S600s. I liked it imediately and wanted to repaint it. Took me back to my first edits in 2002 with the P-3Orion. But the models are such low poly and of course you can only paint one side. After checking I couldnt find any other models of the 100 so I decided to do a ground up build and since I would be building a new flyable I figured it would be a good idea to release AI also.
These should make a good addon and replace the somewhat unatractive defaults. My only partial regret is that I wished Id put a few more sides on the tube but I think they are a good balance of estestics and poly count.

Edit= Oh yes the chrome. You know EA The home of chrome. LOL
