i do not have that great of a computer graphics-wise, so would i be able to design an aircraft?  Wasn't sure



specs-
Integrated 3D AGP Graphics
160GB ultra ATA/100 Hard Drive  (7200)RPM
Microsoft XP
Dimension (more like dementia)2400 series, intel pentium processorat 2.660 GHz
integrated 10/100 ethernet

Well, if you can run FS, you can design aircraft for it.  Gmax is a pretty small 3D program, and it converts directly to FS (instead of having to convert to another program format, then to FS).  Its free, and comes with FS9 and FS8.  Not sure about FSX, but you can also download it from TurboSquid.

Models can go forward a FS Title, but they can not go back. You can't take the stock FS 747 and put it in FS9. The model wont work (correct me if I'm wrong)

You're right.

Bascially, FS-X will recognize a model built to the FS9 SDK, BUT FS9 will not recognize a model built to the FS-X SDK

Looked sort of complicated, and the guy really likes it.  So if anyone is willing to make it, he'd really appreciate it
