Static acft

Hope this is the right forum. I want to put static F-16, F-18, KC-135, C-32, C-5 aircraft at Andrews AFB for scenery when I land & takeoff there. This is where I worked so I want to place the jets where they really belong. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I was told AFCAD will not place static aircraft. This is for FS9. Thanks

Quick method is to use traffic tools and give the aircraft a small touch and go sorty early morning they will remain parked all other times
