Have you tried contacting Abacus support?

Hi
ddraw.dll Im prety sure is a DirectX file have you installed Directx as FSDS requires DirectX Version 7a (DirectX Version 9a for FS2004) if its a reinstall of Win98 ya only get DX5
cheers

Is this an upgrade version of FSDSV2? I had a simular problem upon a reinstall and fixed it by installing FSDS v1 before installing FSDSv2.
