Inside out

Postby Smoke2much » Wed Mar 02, 2005 10:35 am

I very carefully built my wing for the Blenheim IV I am building.  Having built half the wing I used the Mirror:Clone function to create the other half.  In the Sim it's inside out and I can't understand why.

I believe a Brain Transplant may be in order.

If someone can explain my error I would be grateful.

You have my undying gratitude Inspector ;D

Would this be why my gear animation looks so remarkably odd then? ::)

Inpsector Poly refuses to speculate on the oddness of the landing gear, when no credible evidence exists other than unsubstantiated rumors of some caterpillar type gear having been installed (don't laugh - it was tried on a B-36!)

An all terrain B-36 hey?  Works for me, a stall speed of 3 knots I guess....

did the b-36 see any real combat? or was it just in service long enough to make the movie "Strategic Air Command"?

oh that reminds me ....I am switching back and forth between FSD pro and G-max  trying to learn both of them.

is there a scaling tool in G-max like the one in FSDS pro where you select a cross-section and it scales just the points selected?

Fortunately, the B-36 did not see any combat - remember it was built with one purpose - to deliver nuclear bombs.

Most definitely it has scaling tools - and how it scales is a function of how you're scaling (uniform, non-uniform, and squash) and how you want the scalling point to be defined ...
